Junk food is one of the things that help us to carry out our daily activities in this rapidly growing world.Though it doesn't matter how it help because junk food is very unhealthy for our body.Mainly they are made up of preserved vegetables which dont have that much nutrients than fresh veggies. Also they are made up of MAIDA which is very bad and couses constipation.
So please execute the above measures in columns of your newspaper so that people may be saved from the ill efects of these fast food. I will be much oblized to you for this kind act
