Sir,
With due respect, I, the undersigned am a student of class XI studying in the school "Ghatiachak Vidyalaya" of 3/4K Satinath lane in the district Bhubaneswar of your state. I have come to know from the renowned news channel "News 24" that Govt. has been declared to open school in early November.
In such pandemic situation, it wouldn't be nice to re open the schools right now. The death toll is increasing day by day. In my opinion, to continue the studies and education, the online process is the best way now. I know very well there's a problem of many students who don't have smart phones or laptop or desktop. For those students, I would request to the Govt. to manage their devices as soon as possible. Nothing can be more precious than life. So my kind request to you to think my appeal once and take decision again.
