To stay healthy, you need to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

First of all, I no longer eat fast food, burgers, chips and I no longer drink coke.

I wake up every day half an hour earlier in the morning. I do yoga followed by ten minutes of mediation.

In addition, I eat salad and raw vegetables. I also eat vegetables and fruits every day.

I go for a walk every evening or jog.
