Sir:

I wish to state that in summer our area becomes exceedingly hot. The main road connecting our locality to the rest of the city becomes exceedingly hot causing troubles to the commuters. I on behalf of all the residents of our colony, request you to plant trees on either side of the road. Planting rosewood trees will not only keep the road in shade, but also help in the purification  of the environment of the surroundings. I hope you will consider our request and take prompt action in this regard.
