Subject : Complaint regarding the bad behaviour of conductor.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice the rude and irresponsible and bad behaviour of conductor on the buses. During the peak hours the commuters find it very difficult to reach their offices on time because the drivers do not stop at those points and if they do then the conductors do not allow the commuters to board the bus saying it is already full. Many times they have pushed down ladies trying to get in the bus. They also use of foul language for the public.

Kindly check out the buses on these routes and do the needful. If timely action is not taken then the public will start taking steps to ensure their peaceful travelling.
