I would like to draw your attention to the irregular bus service in our area. The buses never come on time and commuters experience a lot of inconveniences while waiting at the bus stop for hours. The matter gets compounded when the drivers and conductors do not stop the bus at the bus stop or speed away before one gets in or out of it. Many a time it leads to serious injuries to commuters.

Sometimes we see a number of buses plying on the same route while as others there are no buses for hours.

I, therefore request you to look into the matter and take urgent remedial action. More buses should be put on the road. The useless ones should be taken off to ensure speedy and regular trouble-free traffic.
