Subject - Complaint about booking clerk.
Sir,
I travelled from Faridabad to Haryana on 25 June, 2020. I purchased the ticket at window 7 from the railway station for Rs. 50.
Later on, I came to know that the ticket costs only Rs. 20. I went to booking window to claim a refund, but the clerk denied my claim.
I also got to know the fact that the clerk did the same with many other customers as well. I request you to kindly look into the matter and take needful actions promptly.
