Sir,
We the residents of (Town name) , beg to lay the following few lines for your sympathetic and kind consideration. Our village is five miles away from the main town. It has a population of five thousand people. There is a small post office in it. It has also a high school. But strangely enough, it has no dispensary where we may get medical aid. The nearest hospital is in Satwari. Thus we have to face a lot of inconvenience for want of a dispensary.
Thus we approach you with the request that a dispensary may be Opened in our village at the earliest. We shall help the Government with funds and will also give free land.
