I, on behalf of the students of class ten of your school, beg to inform you that we want to go on an excursion to the Cox's Bazar. It is one of the longest sea beach in the world and a world heritage site. It would be a great experience if we have the permission to go there. Few of our teachers have already agreed to accompany us. We ourselves will pay for the expenses.  

 

We, therefore, pray and hope that your honor would be so kind as to permit us to go on the excursion.
