Subject : An application requesting to organize a picnic of our school to                         Mahabaleshwar

Respected sir/mam

I, Smruti Swarupa Mahapatra, on behalf of the students of class VIII of your school, beg to state that we want to go on a picnic to Mahabaleshwar. It is a world tourist site. There we want to visit the Krishnabai Temple, the 3 Monkey Point, the Arthur Point, the Venna Lake, the Kate's Point, the Needle Hole Point / Elephant Point, the Wilson Point, the Pratapgad, the Lingmala Waterfalls. It would be a great experience if we have the permission to go there. Few of our teachers have already agreed to accompany us. We ourselves will pay for the expenses.

We, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be so kind as to permit us to go on this superb site.
