Sub: Request to school ibrary.
Sir,
I am a student of class XII in your school in the Arts stream. I would like to draw your kind attention to the poor and deplorable condition of our school library. Many of the students of our school live in rural area. Our financial condition is equally poor. We cannot buy reference books from market. So we have to depend on the school library for reference books as the books have become very costly. Not only that, most of us cannot avail of the private tuition. In such condition, we often don’t get necessary books in our school library. Besides (তাছাড়াও), most of the books are of older editions. They are not updated. There books of some subjects. So, Madam, on behalf of all the students of our school, I earnestly request you to take necessary steps to enrich the library with updated books of reputed publications and of all subjects as soon as possible.
I shall be grateful to you if you solve the problem and oblige me.
Thank you.
Yours obediently,
Rudra Pal

The Principle,
XYX High School,
Sir/Madam,
With due respect and humble submission to state that, this letter is to draw your kind attention to the fact that the library facilities in your school are not sufficient. The few number of books by ancient writes in the library, accommodation, and library hours etc. cannot serve the student well. For the greatest benefit of the students huge books in the library are required. Again, accommodation within the library and library hours should be increased. Your kind consideration and co-operation in this respect will help us to produce good results.
WE, therefore, hope and pray that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps for increasing library facilities and oblige us thereby.
Sincerely yours,
