I would humbly request you to grant me leave for 3 days because my grandmother is unwell and i have to go and visit her.

She has been unwell for the past week but i haven't gotten a chance to see her. I would also request you to inform all my teachers regarding my leave.

I shall complete all the work that has been done for 3 days before i am back.
