I would like to inform you that I am a student of your higher secondary department. I am writing this letter to you in order to inform you about the current situation regarding the lack of cleanliness in our school premises.

There is lack of sanitation, the general studying conditions are not up to standards. Its the request of the entire student body that to ensure cleanliness of the school, there should be dustbins assigned to each classroom, proper mandatory cleaning staff should be available for classrooms and bathrooms as well.

To further improve, recycling could be promoted to reduce our pollution.
