Nowadays where there is already crisis situation around the world due covid 19 pandemic and staying healthy has become a difficult task in these times so I would kindly request you to provide proper facilities to our health centre as this is a 24/7 high alert situation because there are large number of patients waiting to be treated nowadays.
In our health centre there is no proper system of hygiene as the are not enough number of tools available for each and every patient. Floors are not cleaned and ward beds reek of smell. Lack of machines and surgery equipment is also a major problem. Two patients have to be adjusted on one bed as not enough number of beds are available. The staff is mostly absent due to which a mess occurs because no one is there to guide Patients. Shortage of medicine and their high prices has also become a problem for patients. No proper sitting arrangement for patients waiting for their turn as a result area becomes crowded and no proper attention is given towards following SOP's.
So i would request the health department to consider the following problems of the health centre and provide possible solutions for them.
