The Health Minister,

(Office address)

Subject :- Complaint about the lack of facilities and malfunctioning of government hospital in (Locality name).

Respected Sir/Madam,

With due respect, I would like to draw your attention to the lack of facilities in the Government hospitals of (Locality name).

The government hospitals don't even have the basic facilities, even clean washrooms are absent in the hospital. The hospitals lack of hygiene and cleanliness. They don't have proper beds, machines, etc. The hospital isn't organised. The medical store of the hospital doesn't have any medicines or medical instruments.

The doctors here are not at all professionally trained nor are interested to serve people.

They don't work for what they are built.

There are many people who can't afford going to private hospitals. The only option they have is Government hospital. If they don't provide better service to the People, many people will loose their lives.

I Request you to please look at the problem and take strict and necessary actions.

Sincerely,

(Your name)

LETTER WRITING :

A/B of 49, Sector 4

Vikas Nagar

Lucknow

8th April, 20XX

The Health Minister

Lucknow.

Subject : Letter of complaint about lack of facilities in govt. hospitals.

Sir,

I earnestly request the authorities to pay attention towards the growing negligence on the part of medical facilities. When I visited the government hospitals for some medical equipments delivery, I was pained to found that the patients were hospitalised in a very poor filthy condition which was intolerable not only for patients but also for workers.

This ignorant tendency may lead to hazardous diseases. The hospitals which are known for "The Temple of Life" are now devastatingly becoming "The Hell of Deaths". It is grievous to see that no actions are being adopted till now.

I hope that some measures will be taken to make the situation of government hospitals much livable. The need of the hour is to pay in this sector as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely

X. Y. Z.
