With due respect, I, Rachna, a resident of 15, R K Nagar Chennai, would like to complain against the nuisance created by the stray dogs. The stray dogs in my area have increased in large number and they have become a reason for the nuisance created in my locality. They have also not be vaccinated. The stray dogs have bitten many of the residents and they are one of the major reason for the increase in infections in the people.
