I wish to draw your attention to the insanitary conditions in and around 'Vikas Colony' on Kalbadevi Road. The rubbish thrown on the street day-after-day has grown into a veritable hill. The garbage van has not come to this area for the last two weeks. The drains are leaking, letting out stinking sewage water.
