With due respect, I PQRS of class ' Y ', room number 76, right wing of XYZ hostel, wants to attract your attention towards the most serious problem of the hostel.

Some of the seniors are behaving mischievous. They actually wants to disturb others. I'm not gonna prepare the list of all the seniors.But what I'm trying to say is - My roommate is unfavourable. She doesn't cares about studies. She is fond of disturbing me all the time, for no reason. Even during the night, she turns on the music too loud that it becomes impossible to study, even to sleep. This is not only effecting my studies but also, my health. She is the most disturbing element for me. So, I want you to shift my room. So that I can focus on my studies.

I am writing in reference to the problems I am facing while sharing my room with another student. Let me elucidate further.

I am a student of class "Y" and currently staying in the XYZ Hostel room no 24. From the past few weeks, I am not able to study properly as my roommate hosts late-night parties and has friends visiting in the room at wee hours of the night. I have requested him several times that such activities should not happen in the room as it affects my studies, especially during the examination days. To elucidate further my last semester papers were affected due to such activities as I was not able to prepare properly for the exams which resulted in the poor score thus it resulted in a verbal confrontation with my roommate.

Thus I request you to intervene in this matter as I don't want a further impact on my studies. I would also request if you can shift me a different room.
