Year. 2012-13 In connection with the appeal proceedings of the above mentioned company for the assessment year 2012-2013 we were required to be produced or cause to be produced before you our books of accounts on DD/MM/YYYY. However due to certain unavoidable circumstances we request you to kindly adjourn our hearing to any date after DD/MM/YYYY. We will be highly obliged if you kindly grant us the said extension.
