Respected Sir,
On behalf of my colony, I Mr. XYZ, would like to report about the crimes going on in our town DEF Colony. Our town has become the most dangerous place where dacoity, theft, rape, etc. We have lost the charm of our place. We have reported many times about such crimes going on in our society, but nothing has been done to control the crimes going on. The Police Department is requested to send some of their staffs and polices to safeguard our town and to check each and every person whoever enters into your town. Also the Police Department is requested to take an immediate action to control the crimes occuring in our town. I request you to implement strong measures to control the crimes. We shall be ever grateful to you.
