With due respect, I would like to draw your attention towards the poor service of your prestigious airlines.
Last month I booked an online ticket from your airlines. But to my horror the tickets I received a day before my trip was expired.Since then I have many times tried to complain to your workers, but they all were very uncooperative. Hence at last I am writing to you, so that such things don't happen in future.
I hope that necessary action will be taken against your workers.
