Writing this to you sadly. Actually , two months ago I had bought a TV set from your Store. It worked and entertained well just two months and yesterday it got automatically stopped. We tried looking into it , but it was very hard to understand to reason of getting stopped. After many trials , it came to result that the inside systems of it had been damaged. Since, you had given us a warranty of 1 year with a well signed receipt of it. We wish to get it replaced soon. Kindly send a new TV of the same type - LG - 407. Your kindness will be appreciated.
