Respected Mam,
I Rakesh Sharma of Class XI has lost the original library card in the school yesterday.
I looked for it everywhere but could not find. I am suffering a lot as the final exams are approaching and I want to issue some books from the library which is not possible without my card.
So, kindly issue me a duplicate card soon. I shall be highly obliged.
