The owner of the flat Mr R.N Gupta, a close friend of mine had gone to Delhi to attend a wedding with his family, the previous night. it is intended very surprising to note,that despite the tremendous advances made in criminology, our police is still adopting ancient methods for investigation. Appropriate measures must also be taken to ensure the safety of the inhabitants of their apartments.
