Subject: Frequent load shedding in Kona Expressway locality.
Sir,
Most humbly I am to inform you that in spite of lodging several complaints with the power department, nothing has been forthcoming pertaining to the frequent load shedding in Kona Expressway localities. Due to this the people are facing much hardship. It is also unethical and callous on the part of the power department not to issue any press release and intimated to the residents regarding the cause of the frequent load shedding.
Load shedding causes much worry and tension to parents and their school and college going children because it disrupts their daily studies and affects their performance in exams.
It must also be noted that it is the common and the poor people who suffer the most during load shedding since they don't have have the financial capacity and afford to buy generators.
I therefore earnestly request you to take up the matter with the authorities of the power department to look into the matter urgently and restore uninterrupted supply of power to the locality immediately.
I shall remain ever grateful to you for an early action.
