I am writing in reference to inform that I will be organizing a farewell party for a teammate. As you are aware that Daniel who was working as Project Executive has resigned and his last working day will be the 15th of January. Since I share a very cordial relationship with him moreover he worked under my guidance on many critical projects so I believe it is my responsibility to organize a party and give him a warm send off.
To elucidate, I plan to host a dinner on the 14th of January at a fine dining restaurant called " Impromptu" as I have had an overwhelming experience in the past. The restaurant is located near the outskirts of the city and its high glass windows present a panoramic view of the beautiful lake additionally the restaurant also offers a variety of cuisines especially "the buffet".
For hosting this dinner I need to make a prior reservation for the number of people attending this party apart from this I need collect monetary contribution from all the peers so that I can buy a gift for Daniel.
