Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to tell you that your bank staff is not good at all.Few days before,they behaved with me so rudely. I just asked them simple questions but they started to shout at me.I am in mood to transfer my saving bank account from your bank to another one if your staff continued to behave like that.

So please try to give them advise not to behave ill mannered with others.
