Sir,  

  I am XXX, Director of Tamil Nadu Tourism department. My Family including me have decided to visit a Darjeeling in the September of this year. There will be around seven adults and a three kids in the visit. Here, It has been requested to make accommodation for the 10 members from September 6 to 17.

We will be in Darjeeling by September 6th early morning so I request the management to arrange all necessary things before our arrival.

I also request a tourist guide to guide us all around the important places of Darjeeling.
