Dear Sir,

I am Rajiv Mishra,a respected citizen of India.

I have written this letter to inform you about your company.

Last week from your company i bought 20 kgs of salt for my orphanage but due to your company's and workers' silly mistake we can not use the salt.When it was delivered(I dont know how but) it was soaked in water and was totally wet.

I just can not tolerate this careless mistake and want you to uregently take this salt back and either give my money back or excange this salt.
