I really need it and my work is stopped because of this parcel. Please look into the details of my parcel as I need to complete my project. The tracking number is T93024.

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your attention to an important issue that I have faced lately due to your services. I had ordered CBSE textbooks on 1.08.2020 from New India Mart Online Stores, New Delhi and the order was confirmed and the books were also dispatched from New Delhi through you courier company on 3.8.20. I was told the parcel would reach me by 7 August 2020 latest. However, till date I have not received the parcel

When I had called your company's  "customer service" number they had told me  that as per your records the parcel has been delivered on 7.08.2020 at around 5.30 pm. However, like I had said I have not received the parcel nor has anyone accepted the parcel on my behalf.

I had also written to New India  Mart Online Book Store and they had confirmed that the parcel was dispatched and the receipt number/shipment number is 12438941ABCD/UTAIR dated 03.08.2020

Hence, considering the above issue, I would request you to investigate about my parcel at the earliest and ensure that I receive the parcel ASAP. As you are aware, with the ongoing pandemic there is much difficulty for students in getting the academic books and such carelessness/loss from your courier company can cause unwarranted problems for me, especially, academically.

Please consider my complaint as top priority and let me know ASAP. My contact number is 123321456641 and my email id is as given above. Awaiting your early reply and resolving of the issue.
