With due respect, I, the undersigned want to state that I had to receive a parcel from the address 3/2K Satinath Lane, Park Street 865. As I was informed it would be delivered on 20th December, I am writing to you that I have not received it till now. The parcel is contained with some important documents which I urgently need for my admission in new school.

Kindly look into the matter so that it can be delivered at its earliest. I will be forever grateful to you for this perusal.
