Respected Manager,
I am writing to you, to enquire on the details of an order I'd placed a few days ago, 11th August 2020, to be exact. I received an email from your company, in which it stated that I would receive it on the 15th, but I have so far not received it, nor have I received a delay in delivery message/update.
As per the tracker, it shows that the item has been shipped. But as mentioned, I haven't received any update on its exact status.
The parcel contains important items and I cannot afford to lose them. I'm writing this letter to you, in the hopes of receiving some sort of update, let alone the parcel.
Attached below, are my order details and transaction receipt if needed for reference.

Sir,
I sent a parcel through India Courier Service to Delhi. The parcel was sent on 2 June, 2020. It was booked at 11:30 A.M. and has not yet been received.
I checked to track details online, but they are not getting updated. According to the site, courier seems to have stuck at Hawrah outlet. I have visited the nearby courier outlet several times, for any leadings, but in vain.
The parcel contains extremely important documents, and losing them will be a matter of life and death. I put my trust in your courier service, to send the documents. I want them to be received anyhow.
I have attached the booking receipt with the letter. Kindly look into the matter and help me with the situation.
