Dear sir,

I am writing this letter in response to the above mentioned issue regarding a visit to your factory this Monday 19th Nov 2018. I have a class of about 200 students who wish to visit your factory and get hands on experience in relation to our subjects being taught. Main purpose for visiting is for students to learn how most of your products at the factory are manufactured right from the raw material up to when they reach the final consumer. We would like to be there from 10 am until 1 pm. Kindly let me know if the arrangement is OK with you or if there are areas we should adjust and we will be more than happy to comply.
