Respected Sir/Madam,
I had bought some clothes from your store yesterday evening and I found that the clothes I bought were of poor quality.
The clothes I bought were torn and the colour of shirt I choosed doesn't match which the sample choosed in your store. I am quite disappointed by it.I want to exchange the clothes and I will be coming back to your store tomorrow morning or I need a refund,if you could not let me exchange.If you don't let me to exchange my clothes or give me a refund I will take a legal action against your store.
