Dear Sir,

  This is to bring to your kind attention about the inferior quality of the furniture supplied by your reputed showroom to our school office. Two months ago, we had three sofa sets, two office desks and two push back seats supplied to our school office (Date of purchase 22-12-19, Invoice Number-5533). The details mentioned here should also make you conscious of the fact that the school management spent a large fortune (@Rs 1, 80,000) in purchasing these products.

The mentioned pieces of furniture started losing their shine and quality in no time. Further, one sofa just collapsed a week ago. A leg of one of the tables is shaking. As if these were not strong enough, one of the handrest of the sofa decided to detach itself yesterday.

Therefore, I request you to kindly take the furniture back and replace it with quality products as you guarantee your customers. I am sure this will not be a problem because it has been just two months since we made the purchase.

I am writing this letter to complain about a piece of furniture that your company delivered yesterday.My name is sandeep, and a few days ago, I placed an order on your online portal for an 8-chair dining table. I had been looking for a dining table for many days before I visited your online e-commerce store. I bought it immediately once I saw an enticing offer on this piece of furniture.Yesterday, when I received it, I noticed that the top glass of this table has two cracks, one is in the centre and the other is near the corner. I am not sure whether this happened in transit or it had cracks before that.At this moment, I would like you to replace the top glass with the new one within a few days as there is a function at my home next week. Apart from this, If it happened because of delivery staff’s carelessness, I expect you should reprimand them for their irresponsible driving.
