I am writing this letter on behalf of all customers coming to your Hotel to draw your attention to the appealing condition of our quality of food which is served.
Besides, we have actually seen the cook using adulterated oil for cooking. There was no maintenance of sanitation & hygiene on our desks & seats as well as in your kitchen.
At last, the main factor which affects is your quality of food which is served. The food was cooked with adulterated oil & was not maintained with cleanliness, hygiene & was cooked with raw vegetables.
