Subject:- Complaint about quality of food.

I regret to inform you that the food that was delivered from your restaurant to us (Bill no: XXXXXXX) was not up to the mark! We ordered food for home delivery but the quality of food was quite disappointing. To be precise:

• The food was not packed in separate packets (that wasn't the main problem though)
• We ordered for veg fried- rice but we didn't find any vegetable in it
• We ordered for 20 pakoras but we got only 5 whereas we paid the amount of 15!

I hereby request you to make sure from the next time to check the quality of food supplied and if the ordered food and the delivered food are same. Looking for a kind cooperation from your end.
