I am sorry to say this, but this what happened.

the MI phone which I bought from your shop is fake and sold at a high price of.Please give me a refund or exchange it with a real phone.Not only that also the behavior of one of your staff is very rude. He used a very filthy language when my child asked him to show where the water filter is for he was very thirsty.  At that time I was shopping for the duplicate phone thinking it as the real. Then my child came and narrated me the incident happened with him.How can your staff behave like that.

Your chain of shops is very large. you should make sure that your staff don't behave rudely and you try to always give quality product.

Hope you would improve the experience in your shop and the quality of your material.
