Subject : Defective T.V. Set

dear Sir,

I purchased a SANTURA colour TV from your Janakpuri showroom vide Bill No. 59376, Dated July 19, 2002. After only a week’s time the TV started giving trouble. Both the picture and the sound were unclear. I made a complaint and the Engineer after doing something went away. Then it became a regular feature. The TV set instead of being a source of entertainment became a source of trouble. Many a time I profested with the man and asked for an exchange as per the company rule. He didn’t agree and even misbehaved.

I hope you to personally look into the matter and keeping in view the prestige of the company and also the interest of a common customer like me, will give directions for the exchange of the defected TV set by a new one, thus relieving me of the trouble of purchasing a TV of your company.

Thanking you

Yours Sincerely
