Subject: Telephone dead for many days
Sir:
I wish to state that my BSNL number (0161-2457890) has not been working since November 20, 2018. I have been facing lots of inconvenience. I am an online teacher; I require access to internet round the clock. I had telephoned on November 25, 2018 and lodged the complaint. My complaint reference no is 89634576432. In spite of the complaint lodged, no action has been taken so far. I appeal to you to look into the matter and expedite the fixing of my telephone number. I shall be grateful. Thanking you.
