Respected Sir,

I, Riya, would like to request you to grant permission to me and some of my classmates to come and visit your factory. We are doing a school project about safety regulations following in the factories. So, our group has decided to visit a chocolate factory for this. I assure you that discipline will be maintained at all the times and we will not disturb any of the worker taking interviews. We would like to visit the factory on 20 June 2019 between 10 A.M - 11:00 A.M. if it is convenient for you.

Kindly allow us to visit the factory as it will increase our knowledge.
