I am existing savings bank account holder of Lucknow branch of Vijaya Bank. My ATM card had an expiry date of 3 April, 2020, which was during the lockdown.

Due to this, I am unable to get a new ATM card. I have attached filled form downloaded from the website, for issuance of a new ATM card.

I request you to kindly issue it soon, a number of my payments are on hold due to the problem.
