Sub: Hotel accommodation and other facilities
I am planning to visit Shimla during the summer vacation. I intend to reach there on 16 May ‘ by the IC 308 flight and stay there for a week. You are requested to book a deluxe double bedroom in a five-star hotel, as I will be accompanied by my friend. I shall also need a chauffeur-driven car to take us in and around Shimla. Please make these facilities available for a week, i.e., from 16 May to 22 May, 2019. A bank draft for ‘ 5000 is enclosed as advance. Please confirm the bookings so that the remaining amount may be sent to you.
