Nagpur.

Respected Sir,

Subject: Excess heat misery- reg.

 This is to bring to your notice that our city is in crisis facing tremendous temperature. Not all the people in the city can afford to purchase air conditioners. A couple of deaths also occurred due to sun stoke. We deeply regret the situation of those families.

I would like to suggest few ways to improve the current situation:

• Employing solar panels to absorb the heat and convert it to electrical supplies so that temperature of the roof top decreases.

• Installing shading structures over the streets, junctions, pavements, roofs etc to reduce the surface temperature.

• White roofs in large scale for all the houses which absorbs the excess heat and cools down soon. They are affordable to fund on a large scale.
