Complaining about the poor and unkempt condition of the local library.
Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring your attention to the poor and unkempt condition of the local library. It is since 2 years that the residents are complaining about the library's condition.
Library is a place where the people get knowledge and information but if the place is not in a condition as it is expected, how will people go there ? There are hardly any books in the library. The books which are low of cost are present in the library. They are not even in a condition to read. The pages are torn and most of them have missing pages. Some books are just remained with the covers and all pages are missing. The books are not arranged in a proper manner. Summer Vacations have began and most of the children love reading but as the library is not in a good condition, how would they enjoy the future of reading ?
I request you to kindly look into the issue and take immediate and required steps.
Sincerely,
(Your name)

Sir,
On behalf of the visitors of the local library in Vasant Kunj, I would like to bring your kind notice towards the problem of poor and unkempt condition of the local library.
A library is known to be a peaceful place where the readers gain the treasure of knowledge. But the situation in our local library isn't same.
The management of library is extremely poor and unkempt. Not all types of books according to the readers' convenience are on hand in the library. There's no facility to sit and read the books efficiently. Even books aren't being provided for issuing to the readers. Librarian also doesn't behave fruitfully.
All the above mentioned problems are causinga great deal of inconvenience to the residents. You're whole heartedly requested to look forward on this problem seriously.
Your sincerely
Neer Tanwar
