I am writing this letter to express my deep appreciation for the recent improvements in the local government hospital. I had written to you last month complaining about poor services being provided at the hospital. For example there was no one at the reception; at the emergency also there was no senior doctor. The medicines at the hospital pharmacy were not available.
Then I wrote a complaint letter to you. After the complaint, you took action. I recently visited the hospital and was surprised to see the changes. I found a receptionist at the reception; there were doctors at the emergency; and medicines were available at the pharmacy. I congratulate you for your efficient administration. Thanks.
