I am writing this letter to your kind self to bring to your notice the health hazards faced by young people working in the call centers. Human body is not meant to work during night; so working at night leads to poor respiratory system, endocrine system, cardiovascular system, immune system, and gastrointestinal system. It has been found that 40 % of the people working at call centers suffer from blurred vision, eye soreness, light sensitivity, poor digestion, and headaches.
Many types of exploitation also leads to dissatisfaction. I on behalf of all the people working at call centers appeal to you to look into it and set strict rules and regulations for call center employers. I hope your good self will look into the matter and do the needful. Thanking you.
