Respected Sir,
Today I would like to inform you about the recent incident where after heavy rain the entire road was broken and swept away.The residents of our area are in big trouble.We cannot use our vehicles whereas we need to walk a long distance To reach public transport.We did complain about it to the conceded officer but no action was taken.Kindly help us to get the road repaired and train police with disaster management situations.

I am writing this letter to you to bring to your notice the recent case of mismanagement from the authorities. We are facing immense trouble because of the poor conditions of the road.
Despite making several complaints to the concerned authorities, we have not been able to seem any sign of improvement in the road conditions.
Recently, the number of cases of road accidents have also increased in this area because of bad roads. As a reasonable citizen I am bringing this to your notice.
I hope you will take the necessary actions and will also work towards the improvement of road conditions.
