Sir
Subject: Dilapidated condition of Public Monument Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that our Cultural Heritage is taking a bad shape. India is known for its varied and vast culture and therefore, it is the best counted tourist destination among the other countries. Since ages, the monuments like Sanchi Stupa, Nalanda, Mahabalipuram Rathas, Khajuraho Temples, Hampi are bearing their own grand history. Many folktales are connected with these Forts, but these are not properly conserved and protected. The situation is alarming as the structures in the city are in dilapidated condition. City’s unprotected monuments are dying a slow death. This pathetic situation’ can be overcome only when the Department of Archaeological Survey of India would undertake this responsibility. In addition to it, if the respected Chairman takes some steps to prevent deterioration of these monuments urgently.
Hope, my letter would help in awakening the consciousness of the Government as well as the related authorities.
Thanking You
Your Sincerely .

Subject – Regarding poor sanitary conditions
Respected Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards the poor management of garbage prevalent in my area. I regret to inform you that the sanitary conditions of our locality are becoming bad to worse day by day. The concerned workers are paying no heed to it. They come here once in 15 days only. The garbage is lying on the roads for the rest of the days. The drainage system of this locality has broken down and we can see water spread on the road everywhere. This creates a major problem as it invites a lot of diseases and causes ill-health of people of this locality. Gutters are not cleaned, drainage is choked and heaps of refuse can be seen here and there. We can see many stray pigs and dogs near the too. They have made it their own dominion.
There are also other issues as well. The water supply is not good. The street lights are often off at night, giving a free chance to thieves. People suffer a lot because of these inconveniences.
Therefore I request you to please look into the matter and take all necessary steps for solving these problems.
Hoping an early action.
Yours Faithfully
Nekki
