Subject: REQUEST FOR THE ROAD REPAIR
Dear sir
I write this letter in reference to the above request. The road joining the main street from City town is in a bad state. Just recently as i was driving by i saw a car stuck in there and it was so horrible that they had to call a break down to rescue them. As the responsible authorities, i kindly urge you to take the necessary measures and repair that road. It is also believed that that is what causing traffic mostly during peak hours. Kindly do something.
